Recipes Makes 6 servings
Directions: Mix all ingredients well (save 1/2 of onions) and shape into a loaf. Place into 2" of water in a Dutch Oven or large pan. Cover with ketchup and remaining onion. Cook over medium high heat for 1 to 11/2 hours covered. Add water as needed, remove cover for last fifteen minutes to cook broth down. Serving Suggestion: Option: add potatoes, onions and carrots; and enough water to cover vegetables.
