Recipes Makes 6 servings (approx. 1 1/2 cups each)
Directions: To prevent sticking, spray pan before cooking with Weight Watchers Buttery Spray. Cook beef in Dutch oven with chopped onions, stirring as it cooks. Add salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste as meat cooks. Drain off any fat that cooked out of meat & add vegetables, including liquids from each can. Simmer for 10 minutes to allow blending of flavors. Serving Suggestion: Serve with whole grain bread and a green salad for a fast meal.
