Skinless boneless Chicken breast
Minute Rice
Onion (chopped)
Whole kernel Corn
Tomatoes (Mex. flavor preferred)
Butter Spray
Spanish Olives
Chili Mix
each salt,pepper, hot sauce to taste
Water |
Directions:
Cook chicken breast in serving sizes in large pan with Pam type
spray until brown. Remove chicken and keep warm. Pour in 1 cup of water and
all other ingredients except rice with their juices. When liquid comes to a boil add
one cup of minute rice. Bring to a boil then cover and let stand until rice is done.
