Recipes From scratch to table-about 35 minutes Servings = 1 By: Julie McWhorter Directions: Recipe is easily adjusted for number of persons to serve as follows: For each person: Prepare 1 4-oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1/4 each sliced onion & green pepper, 1/8 of a 16-oz box of spaghetti or vermicelli, & 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Spaghetti Sauce (your favorite flavor). Spray skillet with Weight Watcher's Buttery Spray before turning on heat. Add chicken breast to heated skillet and brown over high heat, turning to brown both sides. Reduce heat to low and add onions and bell peppers. Cook only until tender. Add light spaghetti sauce; cover & simmer until chicken breasts are done. Meanwhile cook spaghetti or vermicelli in boiling water for 7-9 minutes. Drain. Serving Suggestion: Each cup of cooked vermicelli, 4 oz chicken, 2/3 cup sauce
