KEY LIME PIE                                                                          By: Julie McWhorter
Serving =1/8 of a 9" pie
       Crust:

Mix Together:

Add:

1-1/4 cups
3 Tbsp.

5 Tbsp.
graham cracker crumbs
sugar

melted butter

Directions:
Stir until thoroughly mixed; press into 9-inch pie pan.  Set in freezer while you prepare filling.

       Filling:

Mix together: 1 can

1/2 cup
fat free Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
egg yolks
key lime juice (freshly squeezed or bottled)

Directions:
Beat 1 egg white until stiff.  Fold into above mixture.  Pour into baked pie shell.  Top with meringue and bake at 350 F. until meringue is golden.  If you prefer, you can skip the meringue and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.  Let cool, then top with Cool Whip Light.
