Fast Chicken and Rice

Skinless boneless Chicken breast
Minute Rice
Water
Celery
Bell Pepper
Chopped onion
Each of poultry seasoning, salt,pepper |
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook in a large skillet
oiled with Pam. Add chopped celery, bell peppers, onion and seasonings. When
chicken is lightly browned pour in 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Pour in
minute rice and bring back to a boil and cover. Turn off the heat and let stand for
five minutes.
