1. Swimming, means the time actually swimming, not the time in
the water.
2. Aerobic Exercise would classify as Swimming.
3. Weight lifting is difficult to classify because of the variations in weight
lifted
to body weight, intensity, duration of the lift, and etc.

problem. Until then, we suggest you use Walk/Run/Jog
category and decide
if you think your workout was Light, Medium, or Heavy. If
