            travel one mile.

         How many minutes (total) did you exercise.

Your Weight in Pounds:  lbs.

Additional Help

1.  Swimming, means the time actually swimming, not the time in the water.
2.  Aerobic Exercise would classify as Swimming.
3.  Weight lifting is difficult to classify because of the variations in weight lifted
     to body weight, intensity, duration of the lift, and etc.   We are working on this
     problem.  Until then, we suggest you use Walk/Run/Jog category and decide
     if you think your workout was Light, Medium, or Heavy.  If you have a
     problem contact a professional gym.
