       There is never a better day to start your diet than today.  Why wait to be healthy?  For the first time in history we have more overweight people in the United States than we have people who are the correct weight.  If you are one of them, you should give the matter serious thought.  Let Master Diet help you improve your health.

Fighting Diet Failure

       The most likely way to succeed at any endeavor is to convince yourself that you have "No Option to Quit."  Tell me, who is the most likely to work the hardest to a solve problem while flying, the pilot with a parachute or the pilot without one? 

       The second rule of success is to "Make your intentions known." A study done at Harvard several years ago revealed that those graduates who made their career intentions known were the most likely to achieve them.

       The third thing you need is a plan. Can you imagine what a house might look like if a builder started building without a plan?

      Only you can decide to do it, and only you can make your intentions known, but Master Diet can give you a plan that will assure success.

       One night I told my wife, "Diet or not, I am tired of eating.  I just don’t want any more."

       Never before have I associated a statement like the one above to weight loss until I started the Master Diet.  My choices of food really make a big difference.

       I lost 45 pounds on the Master Diet.  And, I never went hungry, I ate the foods I like, I had a varied menu, and my weight came off steadily. I chose to lose two pounds a week and that’s exactly what happened.
